We are so excited to be back, we truly did miss all of our customers! We have upgraded our kitchen appliances and redesigned the inside of the trailer and in the process also damaged a few things…. But we are back! Thanks for all the support! Yall are truly the motivation behind all of this!

It’s a slow-roasted beef brisket cooked in spices and marinade. It’s served with a side of “consume” (soup) that’s used to dip the tacos in and add extra flavor.
